HOW I’M LIVIN’ WITH CHEF BABETTE! WWPN launches with “How I’m Livin’ with Chef Babette!” a 30-minute podcast that comes out twice a week. Co-host Chef Babette Davis owns Stuff I Eat vegan restaurant in Inglewood, California with husband Rondal Davis. WWPN producer and co-host Marci Kenon checks in weekly with the 65-years-young celebrity chef and fitness enthusiast known as much for her incredible physique as she is known for her vegan soul food platter. Chef Babette is an entrepreneur and social media darling with lots of experience and strategies to share with you about transitioning into a healthier lifestyle and staying youthful and fit while running a thriving business and building a stellar brand. Chef Babette is an unapologetic vegan whose lifestyle changes in exercise and nutrition relieved her of asthma and eczema. “I used to be so rashed up I didn’t even look human,” the beauty recalls. Instead of breastfeeding her newborn, a 21-year-old Babette
created a “formula” of canned Pet Evaporated Milk and Karo Syrup at the
recommendation of her mother. It’s a move she regrets and one that she feels impacted her daughter’s palate and health.

Chef Babette has transitioned on many levels having suffered from eczema and asthma, both of which were arrested after she changed to a strict vegan diet and a routine of rigorous fitness training the Spring of 1990. Tune in and be inspired by her story.

Rachel Wood, a client of IFPA-certified fitness trainer and co-host Marci Kenon, lost 100+ pounds before they met. Rachel shares about the unhealthful manner in which she dropped an enormous amount of weight in a fairly short period of time. Rachel says she still suffers health consequences from that dark period.
